Veronica & Luke travelled from their home in north-western NSW to celebrate their wedding day with family & friends they hadn't seen in years. It was such a joyous occasion filled with funny moments, happy tears and lots of love.
I had my work cut out for me though, competing against the 'Aunties' arsenal of mobile phones whilst capturing a massive 60 family groups combos! But in the lovely gardens, it was the perfect backdrop. Even though Veronica asked if I could make it look 'less Chinese' in the Chinese Gardens! 🤣 We even snuck in a visit to the ICC which has the best hidden views of the city at sunset.
It started with a lovely First Look at the hotel followed by the stroll through the crowded Darling Park area to the Chinese Gardens of Friendship for their wedding ceremony.
A tea ceremony followed in the late afternoon followed by the delicious 10 course wedding banquet at XOPP.
Their gorgeous wedding dance song was sung by their daughter.
An amazing day for a beautiful couple and family. Congrats! 🥂
