Isabella & Cameron's Engagement Session

A quick trip to Sydney a couple of weeks ago had me heading to the Blue Mountains for an engagement session. There's something special about that place. The long drive that seems to go on forever on the M4, then the landscape changes and the trees are more abundant, the land falls away into valleys, then it feels cooler and the air crisper, colours change and everything seems clearer. You suddenly feel calmer and a million miles from civilisation.

This location that Isabella & Cameron chose for their engagement session is special. I'll leave it at that!

Sometimes you just know it's going to be a magical shoot, they were so relaxed, Isabella walking barefoot (😱) and getting all adventurous climbing rocks! The landscape was breathtakingly beautiful, the golden hour sunset was perfection and Isabella & Cameron epitomised it all.

See the way colours change in nature from green, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple and blue.

I can't wait to capture their wedding next year at K'gari. It's going to be very memorable!
