Picnic, pizza, ice cream, croquet, sunshine on a summer’s afternoon surrounded by family & friends…really doesn’t get better than this for a wedding plan.
After their wedding ceremony, they cut their wedding cake and lovely refreshments mingling with their guests. We went onto their photo shoot with their besties and it so chilled and fun. We could've gone for another hour but the reception was calling!
Grace is a preschool teacher at a school on the grounds of St John's church Ashfield and that's where they had their wedding reception. The community hall was filled with food and drink. Outside, palm trees swayed in the soft breeze, the Arlecchino pizza wagon and Messina ice-cream cart provided delicious nourishment for the guests strewn about on picnic rugs and cushions. Lawn games kept everyone entertained on a perfect a Summer afternoon.
A bit unconventional, but that's what makes it uniquely their day.
Grace & Ian know the good things in life and they aren’t the things that disappear after a day. Memories of moments like this last a lifetime.
